Born in Wuhan, China, Anna immigrated to the United States in 2005 with her family, seeking a piece of the American Dream, as have so many others over the years.

     Having settled in the Tampa Bay area with her husband and young daughter, she quickly joined the staff of Sushi Tsu to pursue her passion for fine cooking.

     No stranger to challenges, Anna finally tired of the Teppanyaki chefs getting all the credit for culinary excellence, approached the owner and asked, “Why not?” Indeed, why not? He said “Show me;” she did, and has subsequently become one more sterling addition to Sushi Tsu’s fine Teppanyaki chef staff. She is now a member of an extremely rare group of accomplished female Teppan chefs in America.

     Her knowledge of American Professional Basketball might be a little light, but there is no question that her cooking skills are first rate!
